U – Understand the Needs of the Group
Recap the purpose and desired outcomes for the meeting and ask if there are other needs that should be addressed.
I – Invest
Meet the needs you can and tend to all agenda items that will fulfill the purpose of the meeting and produce the desired outcomes.
D – Determine Next Steps
Circle back on needs that were voiced under “U” and clearly communicate WHO is going to do WHAT by WHEN (W3).
E – End Well
Send your team off with passion, purpose, and energy by concluding with simple reflections, an affirmation, or an inspiration.
