Heather Seibel

Meet Heather

Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in broadcast journalism from Emerson College. She worked in television production for over a decade, including 7 years at ESPN where she won two Emmys. After her time in production, Heather worked for Belay Solutions which eventually led her to join the team at Integrus Leadership.

As the vice president of talent and culture, Heather serves as air traffic control for our coaches and partner engagement team. She helps our staff lead quickly and effectively in their roles and serves our partners at a high level. Heather is also responsible for ensuring our organization has a healthy culture.

Heather has been married to her husband, John, for over 20 years, and together they have three active, teenagers (Noah, Kylene, & Elise). Their weeknights and weekends are filled with theater, singing, softball, and church activities. Heather loves reading, movies, and the outdoors.
