Meet Daron

Daron Ball develops ministry leaders with contagious enthusiasm, relentless optimism, and substance of character. He leans into every leader he coaches with intentionality and care. Daron’s unique perspective comes from twenty years in pastoral ministry and church planting, with the majority of those years serving at The Church on the Way as a part of Dr. Jack Hayford’s pastoral leadership team.


Daron has decades of business leadership as the Founder and President of WDB Enterprises where he built a high-performing med-device marketing team in Colorado that continues to thrive and grow. He has an M.Div. from The Kings University and loves to serve the body of Christ.



When Daron is not winning championships on the golf course, he’s spending time with his wife, Abby, and his three children, Billy, Bobby, and Bailey.
