Meet Brittany

Brittany Abke is a highly accomplished leader with a strong commitment to empowering individuals and driving organizational excellence. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Brittany has almost 20 years of diverse experience in education and the corporate world, serving in pivotal roles such as teacher, administrator, governmental affairs director, school finance expert, operations director, and nonprofit executive director. Her breadth of experience enables her to understand the intricacies of organizational development, particularly in the education and nonprofit sectors.


Brittany’s expertise lies in coaching and consulting for both small and large nonprofit organizations, churches, and for-profit businesses, equipping them to cultivate high-performing teams and achieve sustainable growth. Since joining Integrus Leadership™ in 2022 as Vice President of Institutional Excellence, she has been instrumental in leading operational strategies internally, and providing executive coaching to Integrus partners. Her work focuses on expanding the impact of leaders and organizations, with a dedicated mission to advance the Gospel and create lasting influence in their communities.
