Adam Hatton
Executive Coach
Meet Adam
Adam Hatton has dedicated the past 20 years to vocational ministry, serving a diverse range of churches from new church plant to one of the largest churches in America. His extensive experience spans various pastoral roles, including executive pastor, multisite ministries pastor, family pastor, and student pastor. Notably, Adam spent a decade in senior-level leadership positions.
Called to ministry during his high school years, Adam has been steadfast in his pursuit of this calling. He has a deep passion for next-generation ministries and parent/family discipleship. After graduating from Appalachian State University, Adam earned two master's degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary.
Adam is married to Jessica, a licensed Christian counselor, and they have three young children: Lydia, Mary Grace, and Isaiah. The Hatton family resides in their home state of North Carolina in the Winston-Salem area. He now serves on the Integrus Leadership team, where he is dedicated to equipping and encouraging Christian leaders for greater Gospel-centered impact. Additionally, Adam serves several Christian non-profit ministries as a board member. In his leisure time, he gets a little too excited about college sports and cherishes evenings spent with friends drinking Coca Cola and eating barbecue.
