integrus360 Profile + Executive Coaching Session

The integrus360 Profile is an external assessment to help identify your strengths and constraints as a leader. The profile provides a robust perspective, utilizing both a self-assessment and 360-assessment.

When your profile is completed, an Integrus team member will reach out to you via email to schedule your one-on-one coaching session.

Please note, the link in the first step below is to be used to register. Once you have registered, the login link to get back into Integrus Connect is the one listed in the second step. It will take you about 15 minutes to complete the profile.

• Register for Integrus Connect by clicking the button below. Once on the registration page, click on the "Register" tab (if it's not already selected). Please fill in the requested information and create a password. Also, please note that because we want to protect your data, we no longer support Internet Explorer. Please use a modern browser when working with Integrus Connect. If you get an error message on a certain browser, please let us know.

• Once registered, use the button below to login, and click the ‘My 360’ link from the left menu or select ‘My 360 Report’ from the Dashboard.

• Here, you will be prompted to complete your self-description. After you complete your self-description, you will be asked to enter the names and emails of people to describe you (usually 6). All your describers should be people that know you well in a work setting.
  
  
• While Integrus Connect will automatically send your describers a link to complete their description of you, it is helpful to let them know that they should expect an email from info@integrus.org asking them to describe you so they don’t think it is spam.
