About Integrus
Integrus Leadership is a faith-based company committed to providing leadership and organizational development for
organizations within The Marketplace and The Church. Every business, ministry, church, and family has a
God-given destiny driven by potential to influence and transform the world around them. We know in order to affect
meaningful change, people and organizations need a process of growth that works. We've worked hard over the years to
develop a process that works, and we have a strong desire to serve those who want to grow.
Integrus is the Greek translation of integrate—to make into a whole by bringing all parts together; blending
the parts to make a better whole; unify. While every organization consists of many parts, we believe there are four
key "parts" that must be integrated for any organization to truly be effective:
Unity
Unity is powerful yet rare. When those around you are committed to each other and to your organization's overarching
purpose, powerful things can happen. So many obstacles keep us from really being unified—personal agendas, strife, gossip,
too many "good ideas," etc. The Bible says that when unity is present, God commands a blessing (Psalm 133:1-3), implying
that when it isn't present, He doesn't. We work with your leadership to implement relational processes and tools
throughout your organization to bring people together, improve communication and relationships, and as a result,
significantly increase effectiveness at every level.
Mission Alignment
Mission Alignment is about maintaining organizational clarity and connection with the larger purposes of the team while
creating clear measurable action steps that your people can readily implement. We help you take a look at the systemic
realities in your team that may be keeping you from carrying out your purpose. Let's face it. Thinking about your
organization's mission and how to accomplish it can be overwhelming, but when the big picture is laid out and everyone
understands their top priorities, the impossible becomes very possible.
Personal Growth
No business, ministry, or family can rise above the constraints of its leaders. Everyone is a leader in one area or
another, and we all have constraints. Personal growth is about not only identifying but also breaking the constraints
holding you back from achieving your full potential. After all, how are you supposed to reach your destiny, much-less
help others reach theirs, if you don't know what's keeping you from getting there?
Abundant Living
Jesus tells us that He came so we could have life, not the normal everyday life familiar to most, but
abundant life (John 10:10). We are absolutely convinced we weren't merely created to exist. We were created to
make an impact on the world around us. Our processes help foster personal growth in a way that empowers people to
transform society one relationship at a time. The overflow of an abundant life will cascade down upon every person
you come in contact with—at work, at church, at home, in life.
The Integrus Leadership Team is made up of seasoned, talented leaders who set the standard high by delivering actual
measurable value everyday for our clients. Our teams' experience base ranges from entrepreneurs to senior executives,
nonprofit directors to ordained ministers. Our team is as diverse as the clients and companies we serve. We bring our
expertise and proven processes to the table to work with you in creating a plan for growth and transformation. It is an
